DeFrain Wins Jackson Masters at CC of J

(June 4, 2023 7:44 PM ET) Zach DeFrain shot a 75 in the second round of the Jackson Masters Golf Tournament at the Country Club of Jackson winning the event by two shots.

DeFrain had a five-stroke lead heading into the second and final round Sunday following a 67 on Saturday.

He finished with a two-day total of 142 – 2-under par for 36 holes.

Steve Maddalena made it interesting with a 1-under-par 71 for a total of 144.

Chris Chaney continued his fine play this season with an even-par 72 Sunday for a 146 total, Riley Hestwood was fourth at 147, and Conor Spencer, Nick Reynolds, Cannon Risner, and Cody Lysher finished tied for fifth at 148.

Lysher shot the round of the day Sunday with a 2-under-par 70.
