Red Cross Blood Drive.12:00 pm – 5:45 pm.  Cornerstone Chrisitan Church, 2395 West High Drive.  Blood donations are typically down in summer, but the need never declines.

Jeremy Patterson Boys Basketball Camp will be on July 16th, 17th, & 18th at the Middle School at Parkside Fieldhouse.  3rd through 5th grade will be from 5:30pm to 6:45pm and 6th through 8th grade will be from 6:45pm to 8:00pm! The goal of this 3 Day Camp is to prepare you for the upcoming season. learn proper techniques and the fundamentals of basketball from a knowledgeable coach. Fee is $20 if you attend/live in the JPS district and $30 if outside of the JPS District!   Hosted by City of Jackson Department of Parks, Recreation and Cemeteries.  Please call 788-4040 with any questions!

The Nixon Water Park is open with sessions today:   11 AM to 2 PM, 2:15 PM to 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM to 7 PM.  $4 per person.  Evening session is $2.  Ten swim passes are available for $32 (2 free sessions).  There is a picnic area and light concessions are available for purchase.  Patrons are allowed to bring in small coolers (no glass containers).  Nixon Water Park, 400 East North Street.

Yoga at the Meijer Branch, Jackson District Library.  Join us at the Meijer Branch! Stop by the Meijer Branch every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., and Friday at 8:30 a.m. and let Jeanette Lamphere teach you yoga. Suggested donation of $3. Intended for adults.
