International Wheelchair Day.  Jackson District Library.  International Wheelchair Day was first launched on March 1, 2008. This annual event celebrates the positive impact wheelchairs have in their user’s lives as well as acknowledges that there are many people who are in need of wheelchairs that do not have access.  You can stop by a JDL branch for resources on local agencies and nonprofits that help with access to wheelchairs.  This program is presented in partnership with disAbility Connections, Inc.

Free Tax Help.  Now through early April, you can stop by the Carnegie Library computer lab for free help preparing your 2021 tax returns on the following days and times:

Mondays: 4-7 PM

Tuesdays: 1-4 PM

Wednesdays: 1-7 PM

Saturdays: 10 AM – 1 PM

Hula Hoop Dance Party.  6:30 PM to 8 PM.  Grab your hoop and find your flow on the dance floor!  Meet up with your fellow hula hoopers for spinning and sounds on select Tuesdays at Art 634 from 6:30p – 8:00p.  $5 per person suggested donation.  Don’t have a hula hoop? You can borrow one or purchase them for $20 – $25, as available, while you’re there!  ART 634, 634 N. Mechanic Street, Jackson.

DJ Trivia at Page One Bar.  7:30 PM.  With DJ Trivia, a Live DJ hosts a fun-filled, interactive on-screen trivia game! You and your team will play a “Live” trivia game against other groups that have created teams to defeat you! So, bring as many friends as you can to form your best team!  Page One Bar, 4201 Page Avenue, Michigan Center.
