Jackson College Jets Village Zoom Information Session.  Interested college students with families are invited to learn more about Jackson College’s innovative residence life initiative, now called the Jets Village family residences. Virtual information sessions are planned June 3, 16 or 22, online via Zoom at 9 a.m. and 12 noon.  Unique among community colleges, the College has offered student housing for traditional-aged single students since 2007. These individual family homes allow even more students to live on campus and succeed in their education. Family residences will be open to:

·       Single students with dependent children;

·       Legally married students with dependent children;

·       Domestic partners with dependent children.

To qualify, students should be enrolled full-time in the fall, winter and spring semesters. Housing contracts will be 12-month terms to encourage completion of an associate degree and provide stable housing for families. The maximum capacity is five persons; ADA compliant homes can house three persons. Students must participate in tutoring and success coaching in addition to classes.  To register for a session, visit https://www.jccmi.edu/residence-life/family-housing/. There, you may enter your name and the meeting link will be sent to you. For questions, e-mail JCHousing@jccmi.edu.    To apply to live on campus or learn more, visit https://www.jccmi.edu/campus-view-student-housing/family-housing/
