Red Cross Blood Drive.   Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church gym.  Sponsored by Spring Arbor University. Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. All donors will receive a free t-shirt and root beer float.  Help us save lives and give scholarship to SAU students….every 2 seconds someone needs blood. Making Your Mark:  Community Art.  This fall, we will have a large paint-by-the-numbers that will be chosen and painted by the community! The finished piece will be displayed in the Carnegie Library.  Here’s how to participate:  October 8-14: Vote for your favorite piece to be painted by stopping by the Carnegie Library or vote on Facebook by “liking” your favorite piece.  November 10, 2-4 PM: Join us in the Carnegie Library to paint!  For questions, contact the Carnegie Library at 517-788-4087.
