Masquerade Beer Dinner at Grand River Brewery. Grand River Brewery, Jackson is hosting a masquerade beer dinner on Wednesday, January 25th from 6:00-8:00 pm featuring four courses, each made to be paired with an 8 oz GRB craft brew. This beer dinner is a journey through complex flavors and pairings, crafted specially by the GRB brewing team and Owner and Executive Chef Justin Dalenberg and Chef Oscar Escobar in a masterful collaboration. Each of these four courses utilizes GRB brews in the actual recipe, making for a perfect meal for beer lovers and enthusiasts alike. For $55 a ticket, you’ll get each of the delicious dishes that were specially crafted for this occasion plus an 8 oz brew to accompany each course.
