Swiss Steak Dinner.  The Sandstone Congregational Church will be hosting its monthly Swiss Steak Dinner on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.  The menu will be Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables, rolls, homemade desserts and beverage.  The church is located at 250 Sandstone Road.    The fellowship center is located on the lower level.   The cost is $9:00.  Take outs are available.  For additional information call 750-4245 or 474-1209.

Spring Adopt a Stream ID Night.  Do you like bugs? Would you like to look at bugs up close under a microscope? If so, come out and help us identify aquatic insects we collected on May 11th in and around the Grand River watershed. This is an important step in the Adopt-A-Stream Program. Once the insects are identified we are able to determine the water quality of the river/stream they were collected from. This event will take place on May 22nd from 5:30pm-8:30pm at  Jackson College.
