Grass Lake Farmers Market and Music in the Park.  The weekly Farmers Market is open from 4 PM to 7 PM.  Music in the Park begins at 6:30 PM and runs to 8 PM.  This week’s entertainment by Harper and Midwest Kind.  Grass Lake Community Events Park, Brown Street, Downtown Grass Lake.

Drop In Art Hour.  Kids can drop in at the Jackson District Library Spring Arbor Branch to have some fun with art projects. Registration is not required, however supplies are limited. Intended for ages 5-9.  September 7 & 21, 3-4 PM.  Spring Arbor Branch, Jackson District Library.

Bright Walls Concert Ticket Pre-Sale.  Bright Walls The Finale is this week!  September 8-11 the Festival returns with more than 30 artists painting murals in downtown Jackson, Food Trucks, family activities, and more than 30 concerts!  Three headline concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are ticketed events.  Friday:  Rock the Block – featuring Your Generation in Concert.  Saturday:  Back to the 90’s – featuring The Verve Pipe & The Fresh Kids of Bel-Air.  Sunday:  Sunday Funday – featuring The Fab Four – Ultimate Beatles Tribute.  Buy one or save by getting all three!  Tickets and more information here.

Family Game Night.  Families are invited to join us at the Summit Branch on the 2nd Wednesday of each month for game night.  September 7: “Beat the Parents” trivia ages 6+.  No registration is needed. Drop in anytime between 5 -7 PM to play the featured game, or try one of our other board games.  Summit Branch, Jackson District Library.

Jackson Early Bird Toastmasters Meeting. Join the Jackson Early Birds Toastmasters Educational at Christoff’s Floor Covering Community Room or on Zoom each Wednesday from 6:45-8am.  Downtown Jackson.  We hold specific quarterly Open Houses September, December, March. Guests 18 and older always invited! Come learn and grow with Toastmasters a 98 yr old communication and leadership development organization.
