Home is Where the Senses Are.  This current exhibit at Ella Sharp Museum runs through May 19.  Families can maintain connections with loved ones experiencing Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or Memory Loss associated with aging through storytelling, reminiscing, and engaging the five senses. Home is where the Senses are tells the story behind a miniature house in the museum’s permanent collection while exploring how memory is uniquely tied to the five senses.  Hours today are 10 AM to 5 PM, Ella Sharp Museum.

Book Brick Painting Class.  Join us for a fun filled evening making bricks into books! Great for bookends, gardens, or just decorations. Cost is $10 per person and includes 2 bricks and all supplies. Additional bricks are only $4! Snacks are provided, feel free to bring the beverage of your choice!  Book Cottage, 1908 Horton Road, Jackson.  6 PM to 8 PM.
