Boys basketball

Columbia Central 48, Hudson 40:  Three players scored in double figures for CCHS with Jordan Pewsey scoring 14 points and pulling down eight rebounds, Derek Sanders finished with 14 points and dished two assists, and Brendan Neitzke added 11 points.

Michigan Center 61, Hanover-Horton 51: Aiden Putnam scored 27 points and dished four assists and Travis Collins added 17 points for Michigan Center. Luke Soper and Logan Blackledge each scored 19 points for the Comets. 

Concord 45, Jonesville 32: Mekhi Wingfield scored 22 points for Concord as the Yellow Jackets take sole possession of first place in the Big Eight Conference with a 5-0 record. 

Napoleon 58, East Jackson 41: DeVonta Habern scored 20 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead Napoleon to the win. Trent Jester scored 16 points and pulled down 11 rebounds and Holden Van Poppel added 14 points and 16 boards for the Pirates.

Grass Lake 45, Vandercook Lake 24: Brayden Lape scored 15 points and pulled down eight rebounds for the Warriors in the win. Blake Stark added 11 points and three steals for GLHS. Vandercook Lake was led by Brady Frohm with six points. 

Tecumseh 66, Jackson 59: Terrell White scored 23 points, Savonn Campbell tallied 16, and Tavion Tanner finished with 10 points for Jackson. 

Litchfield 35, Jackson Christian 25:  Isaac Lanham led Jackson Christian with 12 points and eight rebounds.

Wrestling

Jackson at Adrian: The Vikings lost 70-9 to Adrian and 66-10 to Bedford in Southeastern Conference wrestling on Thursday. Caden Bayer scored a pin at 132 against Bedford and Kyle Bonner recorded a pin at 285 for Jackson against Adrian. 

Boys Bowling

Northwest 23, Hastings 7:  The Mounties had three bowlers rolled 400-plus series as Troy Laird rolled a 436, Bryce Thomas finished with a 417, and Ryan Wenman rolled a 413 series. 

Vandercook Lake 24, Addison 6: Dayton Rodriguez rolled a 371 series to lead Vandercook Lake. Alvin Hedrick rolled a 363 series for the Panthers. 

Marshall 22, Western 8: Tobyn LePeak finished with a 188 game and Cole Wagener finished with a 180 game for Western. 

Girls Bowling

Hastings 28, Northwest 2: Lacey Wenman rolled a 335 series and Serissa Meyers finished with a 329 series for Northwest. 

Addison 29, Vandercook Lake 1: Brianna Langley rolled a 214 game for the Jayhawks. Jenna Asher rolled a 372 series for Addison. 

Marshall 24, Western 6: Gabby Semenchuk finished with a 242 series for Western. 

Hockey

Saline 4, Jackson United 2: Jackson United lost a 2-1 lead with eight minutes remaining in the contest. Brennan Ford and Nick Baumgardner scored for JU.

Swimming

Jackson 130, Ypsilanti 30: Blake Hetherington won the 100-yard backstroke in 58.89 and the 200-yard IM in 2:10.88 for Jackson.
