Division 1

At Battle Creek Lakeview

Jackson 3, Battle Creek Central 1: The Vikings defeated Battle Creek Central 25-21, 21-25, 25-19, and 25-11. The win sets up a showdown between Jackson and Northwest in the district semifinal on Thursday at 5 p.m. The winner advances to the district final Saturday at 11 a.m. Kennedy Lee led the way for the Vikings with 13 kills while Janie Putman and Kulayjah Weller each tallied 12 kills. Chloe Chaparro had 40 assists and 4 aces for Jackson (13-16-3).

Division 3

At Grass Lake High School

Grass Lake 3, East Jackson 0: Grass Lake High School won 25-13, 25-14, and 25-15 in the district opener Tuesday night at GLHS. The Warriors will face Springport in the district semifinal on Thursday beginning at 5 p.m. Olivia Turner finished with 12 kills, Mia Buttigieg tallied six aces and 16 assists, and Abby Buttigieg finished with 15 digs for the Warriors.

Lumen Christi 3, Leslie 0: The Titans won 25-13, 25-18, and 25-21 at Grass Lake on Tuesday. Lumen Christi faces Michigan Center Thursday at 7 p.m. at GLHS in the district semifinal. The final is scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m.

Division 4

At Pittsford High School

Pittsford 3, Jackson Christian 0: Pittsford High School advances to play North Adams-Jerome in the district semifinal Thursday at 5:30 p.m. Vandercook Lake will face Jackson Prep & Early College at approximately 7 p.m. in the other semifinal game at Pittsford. Madi Conrad finished with seven digs and Maggie Hollowood tallied two kills for Jackson Christian.
