Hanover-Horton 3, Addison 0: The Comets defeated the Panthers 26-24, 25-22, and 25-14 on the road Tuesday. Lilly Wooster had eight kill and seven digs, Alana Van Epps recorded 21 assists, and Becca Uphaus tallied 18 digs for Hanover-Horton. 

Columbia Central 3, Hudson 1: The Golden Eagles lost game one, but stormed back to win the next three. CCHS remains in first place in the Lenawee County Athletic Association with the home victory on senior night. The Golden Eagles won 20-25, 25-22, 25-11, and 25-14. 

Grass Lake 3, Michigan Center 0: The Warriors’ win sets up a Cascades Conference showdown next Tuesday at Grass Lake. The Warriors have one loss in the Cascades while Napoleon is undefeated. Olivia Turner led with 18 digs, served 14-for-18 with four aces, and had eight kills, Bree Salts and Sam Caldwell both had 13 assists, and Ruby Johnson recorded 10 kills for Grass Lake. 

Napoleon 3, East Jackson 0: The Pirates remained undefeated in Cascades Conference volleyball with a 25-9, 25-11, 25-19 win over East Jackson at home Tuesday. Emme VanPoppel had eight kills and Momo Hampton tallied 12 assists and 14 service points for Napoleon (15-8-1 overall, 6-0 conference). 

Concord 3, Homer 0: The Yellow Jackets won 25-17, 25-17, and 25-19 over Homer in Big Eight Conference action. Concord is 5-1 in the conference following the win. Hadley Kettwich finished with 33 assists, Karlee Gamet led Concord with eight kills, and Rylee Weeks finished with 12 digs for Concord (15-8-1 overall). 

St. Philip 3, Jackson Christian 0: The match was forfeited after the second set due to an injury of a Jackson Christian player. 

Adrian 3, Jackson 1: The Vikings are 9-9 overall following the loss to Adrian. 

Boys Cross country

Manchester Cascades Tri-meet: Manchester scored 17 points in defeating Michigan Center (54) and Addison (64). Michael VanRiper of Michigan Center finished eighth overall in 20:32. 

Napoleon Cascades Tri-meet: Hanover-Horton took the top three spots and scored 25 points as a team to defeat Napoleon (41) and East Jackson (58). Rogan Melling (17:37), Austin Brown (17:54), and Evan Shepherd (17:56) placed first to third respectively for the Comets. Kyler Pequet of Napoleon (17:58) was fourth and David Loomis of East Jackson finished sixth (19:00). 

Jonesville Big Eight jamboree: Concord took first place with 35 points to edge Bronson by five points. Springport finished seventh with 137 points. The Yellow Jackets had three runners in the top six as Jonathan Mikovits won the race in 16:49, Joe Bulko placed fifth in 17:27, and Adair Artis was sixth with a time of 17:31. 

 Girls Cross country

Manchester Cascades Tri-meet: Manchester scored 23 points to defeat Addison (32) and Michigan Center (no team score). Kate Paterson of Michigan Center was ninth overall in 25:54. 

Napoleon Cascades Tri-meet: Napoleon High School celebrated senior night by defeating Hanover-Horton 26-33 at home on Tuesday. East Jackson only had two runners and did not post a team score. Sophia Reynolds of Hanover-Horton won the 5K event (21:39) and Madelyn Norman of Napoleon earned second place (22:23). The Pirates took six of the top 10 places in the event. East Jackson was led by Priya Mericle who finished fifth in 22:47. 

Jonesville Big Eight jamboree: Concord placed third with 90 points and Springport was sixth with 146 at Jonesville on Tuesday. Haylee Rinehart of Concord finished sixth (23:26) and Kamren Steward of Springport finished 15th (24:28).
