Jackson College will host a community discussion on “Strengthening the Bridge: The Relationship Between the Criminal Justice System and the African-American Community,” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12 at St. Johns United Church – United Center, 801 S. Mechanic St., Jackson. This will be part of the College’s Black History Month activities. Jackson Police Chief Matt Heins and Jackson College Director of Multi-Cultural Relations Lee Hampton are among the presenters.
