Jackson College will welcome the community for the Fifth Annual Easter Egg Hunt, from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 31 on Central Campus.

The event gets started at 10 a.m. with fun family activities, with the egg hunt starting promptly at 10:30 a.m. Children will again search in various age groups: 0-2, 3-5, 6-7, and 8-10. Please also enjoy face painting, inflatables, and a petting farm exhibit with rabbits, lamb, baby ducks, goats and more. Parents are invited to take their children’s photo with the Easter bunny.

This year’s hunt will feature more than 25,000 pre-stuffed eggs, purchased from a St. Louis, Mo. company, a sheltered workshop, that supports people with disabilities. Each egg will contain a sticker, toy or peanut-free candy. The age 0-2 area will have eggs that contain organic fruit chews, Smarties and orange slice candies.

Bring the family and join us for some Easter fun! Events will be held in the center of campus. In the event of inclement weather, please enter the south side of William Atkinson Hall; eggs will be handed out as children walk through the building. Please visit www.jccmi.edu/familyfun for more information.
