(November 13, 2020 3:06 PM) Due to current and pending COVID-19 cases in the district, effective Monday, November 16, 2020, Northwest Community Schools will transition to remote learning for ALL BUILDINGS until November 30, 2020.
In a press release, the district said circumstances change daily and the situation will be assessed prior to the return of staff and students on Monday, November 30, 2020.
Northwest families are advised to check email for more information and nwschools.org for specific building information and expectations for students and parents.
The district earlier transitioned the high school to remote learning. Elementary students were released today at normal times and were sent home with the materials they will need for the coming weeks.
Information regarding meals for students from the NW/SFE Food Service will be sent out to parents as soon as possible. Please check the NW/SFE Foodservice website for updates.
Northwest Preschool and Childcare will remain open.
