The golf hole must look like a bushel basket for Napoleon High School graduate Brian Stuard at the Shriners Hospitals for Children Open on the PGA Tour.

Stuard has made putts from everywhere in shooting his second consecutive 65 at the TPC Summerlin Country Club near Las Vegas.

He is tied for the lead with three other golfers two rounds into the tournament.

Stuard made six birdies and no bogeys on his scorecard on Friday.

“Just feeling comfortable with my game,” Stuard told PGATour.com. “I wanted to get off to a good start this fall and I feel like I’ve done that.”

Stuard shot a 65 on Thursday with eight birdies and two bogeys.

He will tee off this afternoon with Patrick Cantlay. Lucas Glover and Kevin Na are also tied with Stuard at 12 under par.

Stuard is currently in 34th place in FedEx Cup Series points. A win would move him to No. 2, give a two-year exemption on the PGA Tour, and an invitation to the Masters.

The tournament will be broadcast on the Golf Channel from 5 to 8 p.m. today and tomorrow.
