(April 23, 2020 10:52 AM) The 12th District Court is working to support the Michigan Supreme Court’s various Administrative Orders, by making a good faith effort to conduct proceedings remotely whenever possible, utilizing virtual courtrooms and livestreaming court hearings on YouTube.

While the court remains closed to the public for all services conducted in the courthouse, effective immediately, District Court staff is contacting attorneys and non-represented parties to offer virtual court for many hearing types held by District Court. Parties wishing to take advantage of this opportunity can contact the court at 517-788-4260. Additionally, those wishing to challenge their tickets can do so via the court’s online ticket resolution option at www.d12.com.

Payments can still be accepted online on www.d12.com or by calling 517-788-4250.

The 12th District Court has created a COVID-19 information page on their website that includes District Court Judges and Magistrate YouTube Channels, Daily Docket and a COVID-19 FAQ.

The information page is located here.
