Concord Finishes Third; Looks Forward to 2021

By Jeff Steers JTV Sports (November 11, 2020 6:03 PM) The Concord High School boys’ varsity cross country team finished third in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 4 state finals on Saturday. While most teams would be ecstatic about that finish, the Yellow Jackets may look back and say what if. Carson City-Crystal won the Division 4 title with 157 points, CHS was third with 166. The average for teams winning state cross country titles in Michigan the last two years is 88 points. Teams are scored by individual finishes – first place equals one point, second place…
