Three years ago, the Jackson Police Department lost Officer James Bonneau during the line of duty. Officer Bonneau, 26, was shot and killed on March 9, 2010. On today's show, Jackson Police Chief Matt Heins provided details of a Pancake Breakfast to honor Officer Bonneau on April 13, 2013. The breakfast will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church. Suggested donations are $5 per adult and$3 per child. In addition to the pancake breakfast, there will be silent auction items and a 50/50 raffle. All proceeds from the event will go to the Bonneau Memorial Scholarship Fund.
