New Administrator at Spring Arbor Assisted Living Center

Lloyd Ganton Retirement Centers (GRC) is pleased to welcome Maureen Cosgrove as the new Administrator of Spring Arbor Assisted Living Center. Maureen is the current administrator of Summit Park Assisted Living, and has agreed to manage both facilities. She replaces Debbie Morris, who has retired after 7 wonderful years. Company president, Paul Buchholz stated, “We are sad to see Debbie leave, but are very happy that she can retire on her terms.” Maureen is an excellent leader and has more than 7 years of experience with the GRC. She will do a great job for our residents and their families. Please congratulate and welcome Maureen to our team.

The Fourth Wall presents “Godspell”

The Fourth Wall Presents Godspell at The Michigan Theatre, Friday March 11th at 8pm and Sunday, March 13th at 2pm.  Following a week off, the show returns on Friday and Saturday, March 25th and 26th at 8pm.  The musical features the art of Jackson's Dominic Pangborn.  This musical cast includes Alyse Edinger, Anna Commet, Anthony Reinker, Kelly Edinger, Larry Sumner Jr., Lauren Turson, LaVon Love, Gary Minix, Tim Edinger and Trevor VanBuren.  Directed by Marjy Minix and Musical Director is Brian Ketner.  Tickets are $13 and available at the Michigan Theatre box office.  A group rate of $10 is available for groups of 6 or more.

‘Not satisfied at all’

Northwest proud to still be playing but wants much more heading into regional final   By Mike Moore Staff Writer   Jackson – It’s been a season to remember for the Northwest girls basketball team.   And for that much, Ryan Carroll said he’s enjoyed every moment of it.   But the Mounties’ coach paused while taking about his team, now 22-2 and prepping for a Thursday night Class A regional final with East Lansing.   “We’re having a blast right now,” he said. “This is fun, intense and exciting. But we’re not satisfied at all. We want to keep this going.”   Northwest is playing in its first regional final in seven years and now sits just two wins from a trip to the Breslin Center, though East Lansing may have something to say about that.   The Trojans enter the 7 p.m. game at Mason 18-6, but started the season 2-5 before Michigan State signee Taryn McCutcheon transferred to the school.   It’s been an entirely new team since then, and one riding an 11-game win streak heading into Thursday night.   “She’s dynamic,” Carroll said of McCutcheon. “We have to focus on limiting her penetration and getting…
