Rain Showers Ending, Cooler Temperatures
It will remain cool today under an overcast sky. High temperatures will not make it out of the 40s, when normal highs are in the middle 60s. Rain showers will gradually taper off and end today as the upper low responsible for the rain pulls away to the east. High pressure will build in for tonight which will allow skies to clear and readings to drop into the 30s. Patchy frost is expected area wide tonight into Wednesday morning. Our reprieve from the rain will be short lived as our next system takes aim on Southern Lower Michigan for Wednesday night into into Friday.
