Top Ten High School Football Plays on JTV

This is a look at the top ten plays that were captured and broadcast on JTV this year. You can watch the clip below, and check out our list as well. Honorable mentions: Asland Hunt, (Napoleon High School): Hunt stripped away from a handful of defenders and broke off a huge gain. The play looked like it was dead but he spun around and kept his legs moving. Classic ground and pound football from the Pirates Micah Cretsinger, (Jackson High School): End of the first half interception against Adrian High School, nearly a pick-six Exziar Edwards, (Jackson High School): We probably could build a list of just his scores. He had three scores in the honorable mention category Khol Partidge, (Columbia Central High School): Khol had two honorable mentions. A game winner over concord. 18-yards to the house. Red Cross Blood Drive.  10 AM to 3:45 PM. Jackson College Central Campus, 2111 Emmons Road, Jackson.  With the Holidays approaching, the need is great.  Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, blood donations decline due to the busy season.  Give the gift of life. Stop, Shop and Soup!  Let your holiday shopping make a BIG difference! CM Jackson’s David’s Promise is raising funds for their program through its annual Stop, Shop & Soup event. This year we are featuring a variety of soaps, including lavender, grown in our very own community garden. We will also have lip balm, centerpieces, hand painted ornaments, necklaces, and vases. Additionally, David’s Promise knitted hats and scarves are also available for purchase. While you’re there, a soup & salad lunch will be available to purchase from 11a-2p. Soup will be available to purchase in takeout containers after 2:00 p.m., while supplies last. Additionally if you love coffee, our David’s Promise baristas can make your favorite espresso drink! Spring Arbor Soccer Looms in National Tournament

(Photo: Courtesy of Spring Arbor Athletics) By, Gabriel Schray | JTV Sports | November 27th, 2018 Spring Arbor Women’s Soccer has advanced to the NAIA Quarterfinals after their 2-0 win over Mobile. They shutout the team in Alabama on Monday night. This was the Cougars seventh appearance in eight years in the second round. Their record now stands at 19-1-1. Spring Arbor outshot Mobile 17-4 and finished with nine corner kicks while the Rams had two. The shutout was the 16th of the season for Spring Arbor – the most in the country. Balcer had both of SAU’s goals in the match as well. This means she now has 126 career goals, moving her into fifth place all-time in NAIA history. She also has now scored 21 career national tournament goals. The Cougars have claimed two national titles of late. SAU won it all in Orange Beach (tournament location) in 2015. The team finished 23-2-1. They were the sixth seed and defeated first seed Lindsey Wilson in the national title match. They also won it all last season, finishing 24-1-1 and defeating Benedictine. Spring Arbor will now have a rematch with No. 9 Benedictine College who stands at 20-1-2 on…
