Boys Basketball Britton-Deerfield 64, Concord 58: The Yellow Jackets fell to 1-1 on the season with the road loss at BD. Girls Basketball East Jackson 47, Hillsdale 39: The Trojans jumped out to a 16-6 lead in the first quarter earning a non-conference road win to open the season. Mariah Kerley scored 19 points and Priya Mericle added nine points for East Jackson. Michigan Center 41, Stockbridge 38: The Cardinals erased a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter to pull out a non-conference road win Monday. Michigan Center outscored the Panthers 20-8 in the final eight minutes of play. Gracie Kerr scored 13 points and McKynley Gaddy added 12 points, five rebounds, and three steals for MCHS. Boys Bowling Manchester 26.5, Hanover-Horton 3.5: Manchester High School rolled a 235 Baker game to get off to a great start. Joe Davis led Hanover-Horton with a 334 series.
