JTV Sports Jackson County Scoreboard December 2, 2024

Girls Basketball Lumen Christi 56, Columbia Central 33: Kenna Hunt finished with 27 points, Codi Ruge added 11 points and Lucy Wrozek scored 10 points for the Titans. East Jackson 60, Hillsdale 5: The Trojans led 31-3 at halftime and cruised to a non-conference win Monday. Mariah Kerley scored 23 points with seven steals, Kennedy Goodwin added 18 points and nine steals, and Priya Mericle created 11 steals and scored seven points for East Jackson. Chelsea 54, Grass Lake 51: The Warriors lost at home 54-51. Kate Starkey led Grass Lake with 27 points, three assists, and three steals. Reese Lape finished with a double-double scoring 12 points and pulling down 17 rebounds for Grass Lake. Springport 44, Athens 36: The Spartans opened the season with a home win against Athens. Jackson College presents: Happy Holidays and a Merry Tuba Christmas to All.  7 PM. The Jackson College/Community Concert Band, Jazzy Jets, and the return of Tuba/Euphonium Christmas Carols will fill the air with cheer on Tuesday, Dec. 3 in the Potter Center’s Harold Sheffer Music Hall at 7 p.m. This free holiday concert event features selections including “White Christmas,” “Big Noise from the North Pole,” “Stars and Stripes for Christmas,” “Frosty the Snowman,” and Mannheim Steamroller’s interpretation of “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” bringing flair and fun to the forefront. Find your Christmas Sweater, Rudolph noses, and Reindeer headbands, and join in the fun. Nite Lites Drive Thru Christmas Display.  An experience like no other! Both Spring Arbor University soccer teams will play in the NAIA National Tournament Round of 16 today.  File Photo Boys Basketball Farmington 73, Jackson 56: The Vikings lost in the Lavelle Guess Invitational Saturday. Jaiden Ramirez led Jackson with 14 points and Berkley Drummond and Jayden Ross scored 12 points apiece.  The Vikings are now 1-1 on the season. Jackson College Holiday Caroling Concert with Vocal Point.  7 PM.  Join Jackson College’s premier concert choir, Vocal Point, for an evening of carols and holiday favorites! They will perform a free concert on Monday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Jets Hangar, Jackson College Central Campus.   Vocal Point is comprised of Jackson College students under the direction of Dr. Richard Hintze. Free Showing of “Christmas with the Kranks”.  7 PM.  Please Join us for a Free Movie "Christmas With The Kranks” Doors open at 6:30 P.M. Film Begins at 7:00 P.M.
