(October 21, 2024 9:12 AM ET) Families are invited to join the fun at Jackson College’s ninth annual free Halloween Spooktacular Trick-or-Treat event on Friday, Oct. 25, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Children aged 12 and under are welcome to participate in this safe, family-friendly evening of trick-or-treating through the campus buildings. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes (though it’s not required), and the event will begin at Bert Walker Hall on the Jackson College Central Campus. Children can trick-or-treat through the College’s buildings, gathering treats from various locations. The event promises a fun, not-so-spooky atmosphere perfect for young ones.

Handicap Accessibility and Parking

Handicapped accessible parking is available on the south and north sides of the Potter Center, near the College bookstore. Strollers and wagons are welcome, and all trick-or-treating locations are on the first floor of each building, making the route completely handicap accessible. Since the route will go in and out of buildings, guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and bring a bag for candy.

This is a free event open to the entire community, offering a safe space for families to enjoy the spirit of Halloween. Jackson College is dedicated to serving its community through educational programs, events and family-friendly activities.
