American 1 Credit Union Hosts Lean Rocket LOCAL Fundraising Event

(March 29, 2023 5:11 PM ET)  American 1 Credit Union has announced its support and sponsorship in hosting the Lean Rocket LOCAL Event in partnership with Lean Rocket Lab.

Tickets and sponsorships are now available for the event that will take place on April 11, 2023, at the American 1 Event Center located at 128 W. Ganson Street. The Luncheon will feature keynote speaker Shawn Harper, a former star athlete who now is a CEO, motivational speaker, author, and life coach.  

Shawn Harper is a former NFL offensive lineman who played a total of seven seasons with the Rams, the Oilers, the Colts, and NFL Europe. Since 2004 he has owned and operated American Services and Protection, a multi-million-dollar security services firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.

As a powerful, nationally-recognized motivational speaker, Shawn Harper has inspired countless individuals and corporations such as Dow Chemical, Northwest Mutual, Beach Body, and Goodwill Industries to do what others don’t by “PLAYING TO WIN”: having the vision, the mindset, the teamwork, and the strategies to blow past the competition and rise to the highest potential.

Harper understands that on the journey to victory, challenges and challengers will come, but “Winners focus on where they are going to, not what they are going through!”

Tickets are $50 a person and will include an autographed copy of Harper’s book, “The Winning Edge.”

The event will celebrate the LOCAL program’s first graduating fellow class, along with welcoming the 2023 fellows.
