This week on Where We Live, JTV’s visit to the home of Bill and Pat Fuerstenau, the Claire Allen designed building on W. Michigan Ave in Jackson. This series of townhouses, known as the Ionia Block, once was the home of the architect. Dozens of buildings in Jackson, including St. John’s Catholic Church, the old post office (now the front of Consumers Energy) and the Jackson County Courthouse were all designed by Claire Allen.
