(February 20, 2024 3:24 PM ET) The top seven individuals and top two teams will advance to the Michigan High School Bowling Finals March 1 and 2.
Those are just a few of adjustments for the regional tournaments scheduled to start Wednesday.
In the old days, team competitions were held Friday and individuals bowled on Saturday. That schedule will be changed a bit due to availability of bowling lanes on Saturdays.
JAX 60 in Jackson continues to be a regional and state finals location.
Each of the regionals will have team competitions on day one and individuals competitions except where noted.
Formats remain the same as teams will bowl eight Baker games and two individual games with the top two teams advancing to the MHSAA state finals. The individual tournament is still six games qualifying with the top seven totals advancing to the state individual finals.
Here are the scheduled tournaments according to the Michigan High School Athletic Association website.
