Northwest finishes the season with a 9-14 overall record. Division 2 at Chelsea Chelsea 49, Columbia Central 38: Chelsea outscored the Golden Eagles 18-3 in the first quarter. Rylee Knapp finished with 12 points and Gabby Gaydosh added 11 points for CCHS. Columbia Central finishes the season with an overall 12-11 record and the Western Division title in the Cascades Conference. Western 54, Michigan Center 41: Mayrese Vieau led Michigan Center with 15 points and Haily Mees added 10 points for Michigan Center (18-3). The Cardinals’ only losses were to state-ranked Grass Lake and Western.  The Panthers advance to play in the district final 7 p.m. Friday at Chelsea against CHS. Photo by Karson Durocher, JTV Sports Boys Basketball Regionals D-3 at Ithaca: Lumen Christi 47, Stockbridge 44: Lumen Christi was seven down with less than three minutes to play before scoring 10 consecutive points to pull out the victory. Ashton Callan led Lumen Christi with 15 points, and Amarion Clay and Timmy Crowley added 11 and nine points respectively. Brock Rochow scored 14 points for Stockbridge. The Titans will face Ovid-Elsie in the regional final Thursday at 7 p.m. at Ithaca. D-4 at Mendon: Concord 64, Colon 41: Connor Stevens led the way with for Concord with 18 points and 12 rebounds, Jordan Medellin added 14 points, and Jett Smith added 12 points. Concord advances to the regional final Thursday facing Lenawee Christian at 7 p.m. at Mendon High School. The Yellow Jackets have not won a regional boys basketball title since 1990.
