(March 10, 2026 4:42 PM ET) The Board of Directors of Vista Grande Villa has announced plans to enter into an affiliation with Otterbein SeniorLife, a faith-based, nonprofit senior living organization established in 1912 and based in Lebanon, Ohio. Under the proposed agreement, Vista Grande Villa will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Otterbein SeniorLife. Both organizations’ boards have approved the contractual terms, which now move into a period for required regulatory and procedural review. Vista Grande Villa and Otterbein SeniorLife are both nonprofit senior care providers offering a full continuum of services. Chelsea Eisele, Executive Director of Vista Grande Villa, emphasized the focus on community and the future throughout the process: “This affiliation is about strengthening what already makes Vista Grande Villa such a special place — our residents, our staff, and our community.
