Andy Works The Assembly Line At Gilbert Chocolates
Airdate: July 8th, 2026 JTV’s Andy Hawley stepped onto the production floor at Gilbert Chocolates in downtown Jackson and worked alongside the team as chocolates were assembled and packaged. Gilbert Chocolates makes its chocolates in Jackson using hands-on candy-making, long-standing recipes and production equipment that reflects the company’s more than 125-year history. The company has been part of the Jackson community since 1900.
