Western 65, Northwest 58: Western gets their revenge on the rival Mounties’ home floor on Friday. Chance Pangborn and Jayden Willis each scored 17 points to lead the Panthers, WHS ends the regular season on back-to-back wins after losing three straight. Roe DeDeaux scored 24 points to lead Northwest, Bryson Cooper added 20 points. Western improved to 5-17, and Northwest ends the regular season at 12-9.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
Colon 33, Jackson Christian 28
Lumen Christi 54, Detroit Country Day 28: The Titans win their 11th straight game at home on senior night, beating a future CHSL conference foe. Lucy Wrozek was JTV’s Tri-County Water ‘Player of the Game’. LC improves to 16-2 overall and will play three non-conference home games next week to wrap up the regular season.
Western 49, Northwest 31: The Panthers cap off an undefeated 12-0 record in conference play this season, beating the rival Mounties on the road on Friday. Western is now 15-5 overall, with three wins in the last four games. WHS faces two huge non-conference opponents next week, Grass Lake (18-1) and Haslett (17-2) to wrap up the regular season.
Concord 54, Springport 15: The Lady Jackets are now 13-0 in the Big 8, and 19-1 overall. Bradie Lehman led the way with 18 points. Cieara Barrett added 16 points, and Braelynn Thorrez scored 9 points.
Homer 71, Napoleon 36: Nine different players scored for the Trojans in the Cascades crossover victory at home. Ellerie Kissinger led Homer with 23 points and 10 rebounds. Ava Fetterman added 16 points and 9 assists. The win on Friday night marks the 101st win for HC Rodney Lowden, reaching his 100th victory earlier this week.

MHSAA BOWLING REGIONALS
Division 2 (Individual) at Ten Pin Alley – Tecumseh: Jake Brafford and Bode Rush of Northwest HS both qualified for the D2 state finals next week, finishing 6th and 7th place respectively to fill the last two qualifying spots.
Division 4 at JAX60: Hanover Horton finished in 8th place as a team, wrapping up their season with a team total of 2,364.
