District Basketball

 Division 1 at Holt

Holt 62, Mason 57: Holt High School advances to the district final Friday night at home.

Okemos 55, Jackson 35: The Vikings fell in the district semifinal at Holt High School. The Vikings finish the season with a 12-12 overall record.

Division 2 at Columbia Central

Western 79, Michigan Center 43: the Panthers advance to the district final Friday at 7 p.m. at CCHS. Maverick Hammond scored 43 points – including nine 3-point baskets – leading Western to the win.

Chelsea 48, Columbia Central 37: Derek Sanders scored 10 points and Trent Troyer added eight points for CCHS (18-5).

Division 3 at Hanover-Horton

Lumen Christi 72, Napoleon 25: The Titans advance to the district final Friday at 7 p.m.

Hanover-Horton 55, Grass Lake 46: Hanover-Horton made 27-of-39 shots from the free throw line earning the district win. Luke Soper finished with 24 points and 12 rebounds and Brodey Bially finished scored 22 points for the Comets (15-8). Brayden Lape led Grass Lake with 28 points and seven rebounds. The Warriors finish the season with a 21-2 record.

Division 3 at Dansville

Stockbridge 75, Dansville 26: Stockbridge High School faces Springport in the district final Friday at 7 p.m. at DHS.

Springport 53, Leslie 51: Dallas Higelmire and Tucker Wigington each scored 13 points for Springport (14-9). Springport advances to the district final Friday night at Dansville. Roman DeRose scored 13 points and Conner Marciniak and Jack Fossitt each scored 12 points for Leslie (10-12).

 Division 4 at Pittsford

Waldron 45, North Adams-Jerome 21: Waldron High School advances to play Pittsford in the district final Friday night.

Pittsford 43, Jackson Christian 39 (OT): J.D. Locke scored 17 points and Christian Guerrero added 14 points for Jackson Christian (10-13).

Division 4 at Concord

Hillsdale Academy 56, Reading 30: Hillsdale Academy faces Concord in the district final Friday at 7 p.m.

Concord 71, Will Carleton Academy 25: Jett Smith scored 17 points and dished five assists, Connor Stevens added 13 points and 12 rebounds, and Darrell Dean added 10 points for Concord.

D-3: Orchard Lake St. Mary’s 7, Lumen Christi 1: The Titans finish the season at 13-9-3 following the regional final loss.

Spring Arbor 93, Huntington 85: Alana Nelson scored 39 points and grabbed a career-high 21 rebounds in the win at home Wednesday. The Cougars advance to the Crossroads League semifinal facing Indiana Wesleyan Saturday on the road beginning at 1 p.m.
