BOYS BASKETBALL
Jackson 74, Adrian 61: The Vikings sweep the season series with the Maples, controlling the game from the second quarter and beyond to win their 4th straight game. Tre Pierce was JTV’s Tri-County Water ‘Player of the Game’, scoring 15 points for Jackson. Jaiden Ramirez led the scoring with 19, Lorenzo Rogers added 15 points, and Berkley Drummond scored 11 points. Jaxson Francis led Adrian with 35 points. Jackson is now 11-5 overall and remains in 3rd place in the SEC-White.
Springport 53, Hillsdale 35: The Spartans earn a non-conference win on the road on Tuesday night. Dallas Higelmire led with 17 points, 4 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 steals. Brody Baum added 16 points and 6 rebounds for Springport, they improved to 12-5 and have won 4 straight games.
Michigan Center 48, Manchester 40: The Cardinals win a huge Cascades-East game at home. Hayden Hinkle led MC with 15 points and 7 rebounds. Jayden Watson added 14 points and 11 rebounds, the Cardinals’ winning streak is now at 12 games and now 15-1 overall.
Columbia Central 74, Homer 46: CC takes a Cascades-West victory at home on Tuesday night. Nolan Schiel led the Golden Eagles with 21 points, CCHS is now 14-4 and extends their winning streak to 7 games.
Leslie 66, East Jackson 33: The Blackhawks allowed just 8 points in the second half to help win a Cascades-East contest. Hudson Phillips led Leslie with 16 points and Joel Cranmore added 13 points. Leslie is now 14-4 and trails Michigan Center for the east division by just two games.
Napoleon 67, Grass Lake 41: The Pirates improve to 9-9 on the season and snap a 5-game losing streak in the road victory. Tyler Nall and Brady McLain each scored 13 points to lead the Pirates. Napoleon hosts East Jackson on Thursday (2/5).
Hanover Horton 71, Vandercook Lake 28: The Comets improve to 8-9 with a Cascades-West victory. HH hosts Addison on Thursday (2/5).
Northwest 61, Okemos 54: The Mounties pick up a big non-conference win at home and snap a back-to-back game losing streak. NW is now 10-6 overall and will play at Lumen Christi on Thursday night beginning at 6:45pm live on JTV.
Western 56, Adrian Madison 42: The Panthers snap an 8-game losing streak and win a non-conference game at home. Western picks up their third win of the year and will play another non-conference game at Portland on Friday (2/6).
Jackson Prep 61, Kalamazoo Path of Life 36: The Falcons win a non-conference game on the road on Tuesday night. JPEC will host Lansing Christian on Friday (2/6).

Concord 65, Bronson 30: Bradie Lehman led the way with 19 points for the Yellowjackets. Cieara Barrett added 18 points, and Haley Stimer chipped in 10 points. Concord is now 8-0 in Big 8 play and 14-1 overall, they will host Stockbridge on Thursday.
Lumen Christi 34, AA Father Gabriel Richard 24: The Titans pick up a Catholic League victory on the road in a defensive battle. Ruby Boyce led LC with 10 points and 7 rebounds. Lumen Christi wins the Catholic HS League-East championship.
Western 57, Holt 52: The Panthers survive a close non-conference battle on the road on Tuesday. Western is now 12-3 overall and will host Portland on Friday (2/6).
Jackson Christian 45, Pittsford 23: Rennie Huff led the Royals with 17 points, Ella Boll added 12 points and 7 rebounds. Johannah Loew scored 11 points and dished 7 assists. JCS is now 7-5 overall and will host North Adams-Jerome on Friday (2/6).
HOCKEY
Jackson United 3, Chelsea 2: JU avenges their loss to the Bulldogs from last weekend and takes home a conference victory on the road. Jackson is now 14-9 and hosts Dexter again on Wednesday night.
COMPETITIVE CHEER
Cascades Conference Championship: The defending D4 state champ Hanover Horton won its second straight conference title, with a total score of 738. Michigan Center took 2nd place with 726. Columbia Central placed 3rd, Addison 4th, and Leslie in 5th to round out the top five.
