Columbia Central 59, Jonesville 35: The Golden Eagles had a monster second half, outsourcing Jonesville 37-8 in the final two quarters to clinch the Cascades-West division at home. Jonesville led at halftime by five, but couldn’t continue its ways afterwards. David Munro had himself a huge night for CC, scoring 28 points including 7 three-pointers. Trent Troyer added 12 points for the Golden Eagles. Caleb Blonde led Jonesville with 14 points. CC is now 15-4 and has won 8 straight games, they will likely face Michigan Center at SAU next Saturday for the conference championship.
Concord 49, Stockbridge 28: Concord wins a massive Big 8 contest, eliminating Stockbridge from the conference title. Jett Smith scored 22 points, and Connor Stevens added 19 points and 12 rebounds to power the Yellowjackets. Concord is now 9-1 in the conference and 15-3 overall. Concord will host rival Springport at home next Friday (2/13) for the Big 8 title game.
Springport 61, Bronson 45: Springport improves to 13-5 overall and extends their winning streak to 5 games. The Spartans will host Maple Valley next on Tuesday. They will play for the Big 8 title at Concord next Friday (2/13).
Jackson 62, Pinckney 55: The Vikings hold off Pinckney to win an SEC road game on Friday. Jackson improves to 12-5 and wins their fifth straight game, they travel to Ypsilanti Community on Monday (2/9).
Michigan Center 65, East Jackson 36: Travis Collins led the Cardinals with 13 points and 5 steals in the road victory. Tre Collins added 12 points and 5 assists, and Hayden Hinkle added 11 points and 6 rebounds. MC is now 17-1 with the winning streak at 14 games.

Portland 67, Western 54
(CHSL Tournament) Lumen Christi 55, Farmington Hills Mercy 49: The Titans win a thriller in the Catholic League tournament semifinals at Madonna University. Kenna Hunt led LC with 21 points and 7 rebounds, and Lucy Wrozek scored 13 points. Paige Lefere and Erin O’Dowd combined for 13 rebounds for the Titans. They will play next Friday in the CHSL Championship vs Orchard Lake St. Mary’s at Oakland University.
Northwest 40, Onsted 32: The Mounties pick up a huge non-conference win, beating an 11-5 Wildcats team after losing back-to-back games. NW improves to 7-8 overall and hosts Hastings on Tuesday (2/10).
Columbia Central 63, Jonesville 13: The Golden Eagles get a big Cascades-West win at home on senior night. Rylee Knapp scored 25 points, CC improves to 12-2 overall and has now won 6 straight games.
East Jackson 28, Napoleon 26: The Trojans survive a low-scoring affair to pick up a Cascades-East win at home. Kolee Sajdak had a monster 18 point and 10 rebound double-double performance. EJ snaps a 9-game losing streak and will host Britton Deerfield on Monday (2/9).
Homer 52, Springport 38: Ava Fetterman led the Trojans with 16 points. Ellerie Kissinger added 13 points and 6 rebounds. Homer has now won back-to-back games and improved to 8-8 overall.
Jackson 35, Pinckney 24: The Vikings win on the road to help sweep the girls-boys doubleheader on Friday. Jackson snapped a 3-game losing streak and improved to 8-8 overall.
Jackson Christian 56, North Adams-Jerome 24: Senior Rennie Huff broke the JCS career 3-point record in the road win on Friday night. Huff led the Royals with 19 points, 6 steals and 4 assists. Ella Boll added 12 points and 5 rebounds.The 3pt record is now at 132 and counting. JCS improves to 8-5 overall and a fifth straight win.
Hanover Horton 59, Addison 9: Molly Soper led the Comets with 15 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists. Maggie Soper added 14 points and 6 assists, all nine players scored for HH. They improved to 13-2 overall and will play at Vandercook Lake on Wednesday (2/11).
Grass Lake 69, Manchester 10: The Warriors win big on the road to stay undefeated in conference play. GL is now 15-1 and has won 13 straight games, they travel to Michigan Center on Monday for the Cascades-East title.
Michigan Center 68, Leslie 24: Mayrese Vieau scored 13 points and dished 6 assists to lead the Cardinals. Kara Straub added 12 points and 7 rebounds, and McKynley Gaddy scored 11 points with 8 assists. MC improves to 14-2 and will host Grass Lake on Monday for the Cascades-East division title.

Lumen Christi 8, Allen Park 0: The Titans spoil senior night and get a shutout road win on Friday. LC snaps a four-game losing streak, they host Dearborn Divine Child again on Saturday night in a back-to-back.
WRESTLING
Cascades Conference Tournament: The host Leslie took home 1st place to win the conference title with a team score of 178.5. Columbia Central placed 2nd at 128 points, and Napoleon edged out Manchester for 3rd.
