BASEBALL
Columbia Central 13, Michigan Center 0: Another monster performance from Conor Rentfrow helped lead the Golden Eagles in game one. Rentfrow drove in four runs on two hits, and threw a whopping 19 strikeouts on the hill while allowing just one hit. Chase Dukate batted 3-4 with 3 RBIs.
Columbia Central 9, Michigan Center 0: Blayden Steller batted three hits to lead CC in game two to a sweep. Conor Rentfrow and Jordan Dankert each added two hits. Chase Dukate was the winning pitcher, throwing 10 strikeouts in six innings. CC improves to 23-3 overall with six straight wins.
Hanover Horton 6, Manchester 3: Lukas NaDell batted two hits to lead the Comets in game one. Weston Dick was the winning pitcher, allowing two hits in 4.2 innings pitched.
Hanover Horton 12, Manchester 0: Three different players batted two hits each for the Comets as they swept the Dutch. Blake Griffis was the winning pitcher, throwing five strikeouts. HH improves to 13-11 overall and will play at Lumen Christi on Wednesday, the doubleheader will be live on JTV.
Grass Lake 15, Vandercook Lake 0: Gavin Killinger batted 3-3 with 2 RBIs to lead the Warriors lineup in game one. Brayden Wayne and Cam Prater each drove in three runs, Collin Knight and Manny Schafran each drove in two. Schafran was the winning pitcher, the three pitchers for GL combined for a no-hitter.
Grass Lake 15, Vandercook Lake 4: Cam Prater and Domingo Decoster-Elizondo each batted three hits to lead the Warriors in game two. Collin Knight and Dustin Paul each added two hits. GL scored nine runs in the 4th inning to put the game away. Grass Lake takes a sweep and is now 20-6-1 overall.
Lumen Christi 10, Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes 0: Benny Gaston batted 3-4 with 3 RBIs to lead the Titans in game one. Jack Fitzpatrick, Harrison Botke, and Paul Sattler each added two hits. Wes Learned threw a no-hitter, striking out 11 batters in five innings.
Lumen Christi 5, Waterford Our Lady of the Lakes 3: Harrison Botke and Gibson Shore each batted two hits for the Titans. LC improves to 22-7 overall and has now won nine straight games.

SOFTBALL
Lumen Christi 12, Toledo CC 0: The Titans cruised to a semifinal win in the Catholic HS League tournament. Lucy Wrozek led the LC lineup with two hits. Bella Wrozek dominated in the circle, throwing 10 strikeouts and allowed just three hits in five innings. LC will play in the CHSL final on Saturday at Detroit Mercy against Madison Heights Bishop Foley.
Columbia Central 10, Michigan Center 0: Four different players batted two hits each for the Golden Eagles, including three RBIs from both Savannah MacBlain and Camden Knapp. Hailey Wetherby dominated in the circle, throwing 14 strikeouts and allowed just one hit.
Columbia Central 12, Michigan Center 5: Kelsey Fausz batted two hits with an RBI for CC in game two as they swept the Cardinals. Columbia Central is still perfect at 22-0-1 overall.
Hanover Horton 8, Manchester 5: Ava Smith batted 3-5 with an RBI to lead the Comets in game one. HH batted 12 total hits from seven different players. Smith was the winning pitcher, throwing seven strikeouts in five innings.
Hanover Horton 17, Manchester 7: Brooklyn Biela and Collins deGlee each batted three hits for the Comets. Ava Smith earned her second win of the day in the circle. HH improves to 15-7 overall and hosts Columbia Central for a huge Cascades doubleheader on Tuesday.

GIRLS SOCCER
Jackson 2, Pinckney 1: Aubrey Range and Paayton Robinson scored the two goals for the Vikings.
Grass Lake 3, Hanover Horton 0: Adelynn Kidd, Taylor Hoppe, and Chloe Lesnick scored the three goals for the Warriors.
Napoleon 4, Jonesville 0: Lily Eagen led the Pirates with two goals. Zoey Berkeypile and Marisa Stark each added a goal, giving Berkeypile her first high school career goal.
Parma Western 8, Coldwater 0: Western earned a dominant conference win over the Cardinals on Monday night at the Panther Bowl, improving to 10-2-2 overall and 4-1-0 in conference play on the season. Western controlled the game from the opening whistle, outshooting Coldwater 38-1. Sophomore standout Lola Berdiner led the offensive attack with three goals for the Panthers. Western also got goals from Ceci Graetz, Lauren Nally, Jordan Goolsby, Madison Brandt, and Ellie Hackworth, who scored her first varsity goal in the win.

TRACK & FIELD
Napoleon Pre-Regional: No team scores were recorded in this pre-regional meet, seven area-schools participated out of nearly 15 total at Napoleon HS. Full results here
Concord, Reading at Union City: The Yellowjackets dominated both schools in both the boys and girls events. Concord had winners in 12 of the 17 events for both genders. Full results here
BC Pennfield at Northwest: The Mounties won handily in both the boys and girls at home against the Panthers. Full results here
Parma Western at BC Harper Creek: Harper Creek dominated the Panthers in the boys events, and the Western girls just edged out the Beavers 72-65. Full results here
