Denig Wins One-Man Scramble at Sharp Park

(May 11, 2024 7:50 PM ET) Scott Denig added to his list of Jackson County golf victories with a win at the Sharp Park One-Man Scramble Saturday.

Denig and Trevor Raymond both shot 9-under-par 62s in the format that allows golfers two mulligans per hole.

The 2021 Lyle Ambs Memorial Tournament winner won in scorecard playoff format determined by the Golf Genius Software.

Greg Zeller finished third with a 63, Chris Chaney was fourth scoring 64, Rusty Whisman was fifth with a 65, and six golfers – Brian Smith, Rob Longbrake, Bob Varner, Todd Marston, Lance Woodland, and Zachary Fagan – tied for sixth with 66s.
