
Jackson City Manager Patrick Burtch and City Councilman Andrew Frounfelker announced the kick-off of “Dig Downtown Jackson”, a year-long construction project on Michigan Avenue in downtown Jackson. The project will address aging infrastructure; water mains, sewers, utilities. The first phase begins this month in the block between Francis and Mechanic Streets. A website has been set up to provide schedule, maps and further details here.
