District Competitive Cheer Competitions are Friday, Saturday

(February 15, 2024 12:27 PM ET) Jackson County high schools will compete in the Michigan High School Athletic Association district tournaments Friday and Saturday.

The top four teams advance to regional competitions next week.

Here are the dates, locations, and times for the competitions as listed by the MHSAA. 

Division 2 at Ypsilanti Lincoln

Saturday, 4 p.m.

Teams: Adrian, Carleton Airport, Chelsea, Dexter, Gibraltar Carlson, New Boston Huron, Northwest, Riverview, Southgate Anderson, Tecumseh, Trenton, Western, and Ypsilanti Lincoln. 

Division 3 at Grosse Ile

Friday, 6 p.m.

Teams: Adrian Madison, AA Gabriel Richard, Columbia Central, Dundee, Flat Rock, Grosse Ile, Hazel Park, Ida, Livonia Clarenceville, Monroe Jefferson, Onsted, Pinckney, and Wixom St. Catherine. 

Division 4 at Hudson

Friday, 6 p.m.

Teams: Addison, Center Line Prep, Clawson, Grass Lake, Hudson, Madison Height Bishop Foley, Morenci, Napoleon, Ottawa Lake Whiteford, Sand Creek, Southfield Christian, and Whitmore Lake. 

Division 4 at Jonesville

Friday, 6 p.m.

Teams: Concord, Hanover-Horton, Hillsdale, Homer, Jonesville, Leslie, Lumen Christi, Michigan Center, Quincy, Reading, Springport, and Vandercook Lake.
