The Spring Arbor University Dugout Club – a fundraising group for the college baseball team – held its first golf outing at Arbor Hills Golf Club. A total of 72 golfers participated in the event Oct. 4 as part of the homecoming weekend. The purpose of the group is to raise money for the baseball team for equipment and other expenses. The group hopes to host a scramble each year for its fundraising efforts.
