National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.  7 PM.  Our annual FREE screening of National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation returns on Friday, December 19 at 7 PM, with doors at 6:30 and free admission for all. This screening is sponsored by Derek Dobies in memory of his father, Guy Dobies. Join us inside our newly restored historic theatre for this beloved holiday comedy—and come ready for our Costume Contest, featuring your best Griswold-themed looks and festive chaos. Classics & Christmas Concert. 6:30 PM to 8 PM.  Jackson Symphony Orchestra presents a free and fun concert for the whole family! Come celebrate the holiday season with the Community Strings performing Christmas and classical favorites!  Weatherwax Hall, Downtown Jackson.

“The Holiday Dinner” Comedy.   Monster Box Theatre presents the Midwest premiere of the new dark comedy ‘The Holiday Dinner’ by Arkak Dunkle. The setting is an intimate dinner party among friends. As things are getting started, the audience is invited to sit-in, observe, and offer opinions on the new boyfriend of one of the guests. After he starts things off by making a bad first impression, the stakes are raised, and the unusual events of the evening take over as the party takes a series of unexpected turns. Doors open for cocktails at 6:30 pm, showtime is 7:00 pm.  (2:30 and 3:00 on Sundays). Bar will be open before and after the performance. Christmas at Luna Luxe Lounge with Brandon Marceal. 7 PM to 9 PM.  Luna Lux Lounge is hosting a final Live Music Friday of 2025 with an intimate, elevated holiday experience. Jackson’s own Brandon Marceal — Billboard-charting jazz flautist known for smooth melodies, soulful expression, and captivating live performances that perfectly set the tone for a lux lounge night.  128 West Michigan Avenue, Downtown Jackson.

Nite Lites Drive Thru Christmas Display.  It’s an experience like no other, and a tradition you don’t want to miss! The Nite Lites Drive-Thru Christmas Show is approximately 6 1/2 miles long.  November 22 through January 5,.  Sunday – Thursday 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm;  Friday and Saturday 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm.  Open Rain or Snow.  Open both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.  Michigan International Speedway US-12 Entrances only, 12626 US-12, Brooklyn.

Grow Jackson Holiday Market.  10 AM to 4 PM.  Local vendors, snacks form Oak + Iron, Holiday fun!  The first 200 kids get a free cookie and craft.  City Center, 145 West Cortland Street, Downtown Jackson.
