December 24

Christmas Eve Class Smash at the Y.  8:30 AM to 10 AM.  Get into the Christmas Spirit with our free holiday workout!  This class sampler – cardio, strength, and yoga/pilates – is free for Y members and the community. So bring a friend or two for this fun holiday workout!  www.JacksonYMCA.org 

ARTitude.  ARTitude is an annual pop-up holiday marketplace now open at the Masonic Temple, 145 W. Cortland in Downtown Jackson. We offer a booth-style marketplace for artists to display and sell their work throughout the Holiday season. The marketplace will be open for business through Friday, December 24th. Our regular hours will be Tuesdays through Saturdays 11a.-7p. and Sundays 11a.-4p.

Candlelight Christmas Eve Service.  6:45 PM.  In person and livestream on our Youtube page ‘First United Methodist Church – Jackson.  All are welcome.  275 West Michigan Avenue, Downtown Jackson.

Christmas Eve Candlelight and Carols.  5:30 PM.  Bethel Church.  Here is an invite for you to share with others for Christmas Eve!  We have wonderful plans for “Littles” and a nursery staffed for “Tinys” for Christmas Eve at Bethel from 5:30-6:30. We are also planning a special children’s Christmas story.  Bethel Church, 1691 Springport Road, Jackson.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service.  4 PM. Radiant Church JXN.  Make Christmas Eve a memorable evening and join us for a traditional Candlelight Service. Bring the whole family, and join us for one of our two identical Christmas Eve services at 4 PM and 6 PM.  Glow sticks and gifts bags will be available for all children attending.  2700 Spring Arbor Road.

Christmas Eve Service.  7 PM.  1208 Greenwood Church.    Join us for our Christmas Eve service as we gather to sing carols and celebrate the day God put on flesh to come and dwell among us.  1208 Greenwood Avenue, Jackson.

Christmas Eve Service.  The biggest and best gift EVER given to any of us was the gift of Jesus.  Come celebrate that gift at one of our T H R E E Christmas Eve services. Christmas Eve Service.  5 PM.  The Arbor Church.  On Friday, December 24th, we will celebrate the birth of Jesus at our Christmas Eve candlelight service at 5 p.m. Come early to enjoy Christmas cookies, hot drinks, and caroling! The service will be available to view via livestream on Facebook and YouTube.  120 E. Main Street, Spring Arbor. 

Christmas Eve Service.  8 PM.  The Assembly.  141 E Michigan Ave, Jackson.  Our Christmas Eve Service is a wonderful candlelight service, filled with Peace, Joy, and Hope as we listen to the story of our Savior’s birth and celebrate with singing carols and a time of worship! “Joy to the world, the Lord has come!” Let’s celebrate together!

Nite Lites Christmas Light Show.  Join us for Nite Lites at Michigan International Speedway! Nite Lites is a drive-thru light display spanning 5-miles across MIS property.  Now through December 31.  Michigan International Speedway, US-12 Entrances only, 12626 US Highway 12, Brooklyn, MI 49230 (Westbound use Lot 8 Entrance, Eastbound use Graves Family Entrance).  5:30 p.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday – Thursday | 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. Friday & Saturday.  Cost: $25 per car (Sunday-Thursday), $30 per car (Friday & Saturday), $45 per mini bus, limo, or motorhome, $100 per tour bus.  Cash and credit cards accepted. Community Wide Christmas Dinner.  All are welcome…free!  2 PM.  Queens Parish Social Center, 811 S. Wisner Street.  Reservations:  784-9212.  Doors open at 1:15 PM.  A single seating for dinner at 2 PM.  It’s not just a dinner, it’s the hospitality of Jesus alive and well among us.
