Operation:  Back on Track Escape Room.  Choo! Choo! All aboard! Join our crew as we adventure through puzzles as fast as we can before the train reaches its final stop. This escape room will be held in Carnegie’s McIntyre room on the 2nd floor. Intended for ages 6 and up. Sessions run December 27-30 and January 2-4. Special Viewing of The Cosmological Vision of Holy Mass.  9 AM. See #MacklinsMasterpiece up close! On Saturday morning, Dec. 27, we will celebrate the completion of Joseph Macklin’s work, The Cosmological Vision of Holy Mass (oil on plaster) unveiled just this week. We’ll begin with a 9am Mass in which the pastor, Fr. Chas Canoy, will preach on the theological significance of the work, followed by a Q&A interview with Joseph Macklin and Fr. Chas on how to “read” the highly symbolic art, and the opportunity to enter the sanctuary to see the many intricate details that are not visible from the pews! St. John the Evangelist Church, 711 N. Wheels of Karma at Ironbark.  7 PM to 10 PM.  As the year comes to a close, get ready to party with Wheels of Karma, a classic rock supergroup consisting of Dan Bickel, Greg Sauceda, Simon Sundberg, Isaac Strodbeck, and Ironbark’s very own Nathan Brue! The band covers a wide range of classic hits with their unique string/horn/cajon ensemble, and they even take requests! Let’s rock out to finish out the year! 2610 Kibby Road, Jackson.

Holiday Hoedown at the Honky Tonk.  Dust off your boots and head upstairs for Holiday Hoedown at the Honky Tonk! Neon Crows are taking over the stage with a full-throttle country music party, mixing modern hits and throwback favorites. Doors open at 7 p.m. Music starts at 8 p.m.  $15 cover.  The Honky Tonk at Oak + Iron, 151 West Michigan Avenue, Downtown Jackson.

“The Holiday Dinner” Comedy.   Monster Box Theatre presents the Midwest premiere of the new dark comedy ‘The Holiday Dinner’ by Arkak Dunkle. The setting is an intimate dinner party among friends. As things are getting started, the audience is invited to sit-in, observe, and offer opinions on the new boyfriend of one of the guests. After he starts things off by making a bad first impression, the stakes are raised, and the unusual events of the evening take over as the party takes a series of unexpected turns. Doors open for cocktails at 6:30 pm, showtime is 7:00 pm.  (2:30 and 3:00 on Sundays). Bar will be open before and after the performance. Nite Lites Drive Thru Christmas Display.  It’s an experience like no other, and a tradition you don’t want to miss! The Nite Lites Drive-Thru Christmas Show is approximately 6 1/2 miles long.  November 22 through January 5,.  Sunday – Thursday 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm;  Friday and Saturday 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm.  Open Rain or Snow.  Open both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.  Michigan International Speedway US-12 Entrances only, 12626 US-12, Brooklyn.
