Annual Gigantic Sale for Missions.  The Arbor Church Gym,

Food Truck and a Band.  127 Brewing, 3090 Shirley Drive.  Nom Nom Ninja will be returning to the brewery from 5-8pm. They serve hibachi burritos and and a few other treats for you.  Starting at 6 BOMM will be returning to the brewery. BOMM plays a fun mix of of some classics and bluegrass music.  They have a great sound mixing guitars, bass, and a mandolin.

She Kills Monsters – Virtual Realms.  July 30, 31, & August 1, 2021.  Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00pm, Sunday matinees at 3:00pm.  This is a virtual event.  Directed by Thomas Mattison Jr..  She Kills Monsters tells the story of Agnes Evans after the death of her younger teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook, she stumbles into the imaginary world that was Tilly’s refuge. Coming to the realization that she never really knew her sister, Agnes decides to play out Tilly’s homespun game. Along the way Agnes is forced to fight characters that give her clues as well as questions about her little sister’s true identity, all while juggling the expectations of her own reality. Car Wash Fundraiser.  America’s Preferred Home Warranty is holding a car wash fundraiser for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.  APHW’s Relay for Life team will vacuum and hand wash your vehicle using the two-bucket method and Griot’s Garage cleaning products.  Get your car cleaned for a good cause!  9 AM to 1 PM.  All proceeds go to Relay for Life.  Suggested donation is $10. (rain date is August 1).  APHW, 5775 Ann Arbor Road, Jackson.

Cascades Rotary Community Bandshell Concert Series.  7 PM.  Rotary Bandshell At Cascades Park.  Live, Free Entertainment!Tonight, Steve Berkemeier will be performing a variety of different music styles including Rock, Country, and Folk while mixing in strong original selections of personal stories.

8th Annual Harry Potter Party.  Calling all witches and wizards, join Book Cottage for their 8th fantastic Harry Potter Party! They will have Hogwarts classes, Diagon Alley, Honeydukes, O.W.L. exams, Newt will be giving guided tours of the Forbidden Forest, exchange your boring Muggle money for Galleons with a Goblin, visit Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes, and Ollivanders, take a trip in the Flying car, free Dobby, and so much more. Tickets are only $5 if purchased ahead, $8 at the door, they will have a family session and an adult session. This year will be their best ever, and it falls on Harry’s birthday!
