Jackson Antique & Collectible Show.  10 am to 5 pm.  ​​​American 1 Event Center, Keeley Park, 200 W. Ganson St. Jackson.  The Jackson Antique Collectible Show​ h as been running for over 25 years now and ​is a very unique show where you’ll find anything from Glassware, Cast Iron Cookware, Furniture, Bird Houses, Dolls, Toys, Beer Signs, Jewelry (Antique & New), Primitives, Socks, Walking Canes, Knifes, Books, Coins, Antiques, Hunting / Fishing, Candles, Bedding / Blankets, Tools, Breads, Pies, Wood Carvings, Sweat / T-shirts, Figurines, NASCAR, Flea Market Finds, Treasures and More.  Admission $5.00 per person and kids under 12 FREE with an Adult.

Grand River Farmers Market Read-In. 10 AM to 2 PM.  Join JDL at the Grand River Farmers Market at Found Church for a Read-In! Read-ins are a fun way to show your support of literacy by reading in a public place. Bring your own book or visit JDL’s onsite pop-up library! Reading on-site for 15 minutes earns attendees a Get Caught Read-In button. Library staff will present a children’s storytime at 11 AM. St. Mary Lenten Fish Fry. 4 PM to 7 PM.  $17 per meal.  2 pieces of fried or baked cod, french fries, mac & cheese, cole slaw, and dessert.  In Star Hall, lower level of church, at corner of Wesley and Mechanic Streets, every Friday during Lent.   All proceeds go to St. Mary Child Development Center.  Dine in, drive thru, or carry out.

Queens Friday Fish Dinner. 4:30 PM to 7 PM.  Join us Fridays during Lent for the Knights of Columbus Fish Fry.  Fish, baked or fried, fish tacos, vegetable, french fries, mac & cheese, cole slaw, pizza, drinks and dessert.  Adults $16, $15 for seniors and students, $13 for active military, $7 for ages 7 and under.  Family rate available.  Drive thru meals $14.  Queens School Cafeteria.

Our Lady of Fatima Lenten Fish Fry.  Join us at Our Lady of Fatima for our Annual Lenten Fish Fry! Enjoy an all‑you‑can‑eat dinner featuring fried and baked fish, classic sides, and homemade desserts. Bring family, friends, and neighbors for great food and warm community fellowship. Hosted every Friday from February 20 through March 27, 4–7 PM, in Fr. Dunne Hall.

Celtic Festival with The Tannahill Weavers Presented by JSO’s Music on Tap.  8 PM.  The Tannahill Weavers bring the energy and tradition of Celtic music to life with powerful vocals, bagpipes, fiddle, and guitar. Blending lively dance tunes with heartfelt ballads, this legendary band has been a driving force in the Celtic scene since 1968. With members featured in the hit series Outlander and praised by The New York Times for their “eloquent mixture of the old and the new,” they continue to captivate audiences worldwide.  Doors Open at 7:00 PM, Show at 8 PM.   Weatherwax Hall, 215 W. The Imposters Live at Ironbark.  7 PM to 10 PM.  Catch an epic evening of Grateful Dead jams from our resident Dead cover band, The Impostors!  2610 Kibby Road, Jackson.

Tyler Gitchel – Live at The Honky Tonk. Country music done right. Tyler Gitchel brings his smooth vocals, classic country edge, and honky-tonk energy to The Honky Tonk for a Friday night that’s built for boots on the floor and drinks in hand. Doors at 8PM, Show at 9PM. $10 Cover. If you’re into real country — the kind with heart, twang, and a little grit — this is your night. Live Music with The Tuckers.  7 PM to 9 PM.  Live Music Every Friday at The NayBours!  Let’s keep this party going in 2026! Join us this week from 7–9 PM as we welcome dad and son duo – The Tuckers to the NayBourHood stage! First Annual River & Rail Seed Swap.  9 AM to 2 PM.  A free community event – and Grow Jackson’s very first pre-season get together at the River & Rail farm stop, located inside the walls of the historic armory in Jackson! Bring your extra seeds, bulbs, tubers, tools, pots, gardening books, garden decorations, all things garden related you may have to give away – or just bring yourself and get started! We’ll have Master Gardeners with us, the Jackson District Library will be on site talking about (and taking donations for!) their Seed Library, plus other community partners and expert growers here to help you along – all ages are welcome! Try Hockey for Free. 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.  No experience necessary!  Try Hockey for Free is designed to provide kids ages 4-9 the opportunity to try hockey in a fun, safe environment with trained coaching staff.  Jackson Optimist Ice Arena, 1300 W. North Street, Jackson. Jackson.

Veterans Spring Fling Craft & Vendor Show. Join us for a fun-filled day of shopping, food, and community support! 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  Rose City Legion, 1190 Falahee Rd, Jackson.  A wide variety of local vendors, crafters, artists, artisans & bakers • Delicious food trucks — come hungry, leave happy • A Community Food Drive supporting our local veterans This is the kind of event that checks all the boxes: shop small, enjoy great food, and give back to a cause that truly matters. Bring your friends, your appetite, and a few pantry items to help make a difference.  Admission: $2 OR 2 canned food items.

Headlock for Hunger. 6:30 PM (doors), 7:05 PM (bell time).  Live Professional Wrestling!  Join us at the Salvation Army for the fun, family friendly event.  Bring a non perishable food item or make a donation to the food pantry for admission.  Salvation Army, 806 West Pearl Street, Jackson.

Mardi Gras at Allskate.  10 AM to 3 PM.  2 huge balloon drops, over $1000 in door prizes, a mask contest, free glow stick and game card with admission!  1313 W. North Street, Jackson.

50th Annual Susan B. Anthony-Harriet Tubman Celebration.  2:45 PM.  Please join us for this delightful time of honoring the people who make Jackson proud.  Cascades Manor House, 1970 Kibby Road Jackson, MI.  Individual Dinner $40 • Student Dinner $25.
