Eve on the Ave.  Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Downtown Jackson.  The celebration starts at 10pm in front of City Hall. This will be a family-friendly FREE event with a warming tent, food vendors, and giveaways!  Jamie “Big Dog” McKibbon from K-105.3 Jackson’s Hit Music Station will bring in the New Year with a fun night full of music!  As the clock strikes midnight enjoy a New York-style ball drop, and a festive fireworks display!  Eve on the Ave is the place to ring in your New Year!  Thank you to this year’s sponsors Tripp’s Auto Shop and Emmon’s Service, Inc.

Nite Lites at Michigan International Speedway.   FINAL NIGHT! The holiday display runs every day through Dec. 31, from 5:30 – 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 – 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The cost is $25 per car.   The display features two lanes of traffic  as guests drive through six lighted tunnels, 15 mega trees and more than 10-miles of Christmas lights lining the five-mile route.   Entrance on U.S. 12.

Allskate’s annual Kid’s New Year’s Eve Balloon Drop Party!  1-4pm, Admission is $8 + $4 rental skates.  This Family Rate is Great!  $32 (4 Skaters with Rental Skates) only $8 for additional skaters. PARENT must remain present inside Allskate.   The party ends with a bang featuring 2 Ballon Drops! While your there check out our really cool Game Room and try to win some very awesome prizes!  Skate Mates: $5 + deposit.  Laser Tag  1:00-3:30pm.  This a special event, no Free Passes or discounts will be accepted.

Allskate’s 33rd Birthday Bash.  Our 33rd Birthday on New Year’s Eve! Admission is $15 and includes free rental skates, Free Pizza & Pop from 6:30-8:30pm, birthday cake, and 2 GINORMOUS BALLOON DROPS!  [Over $1,000 in Door Prizes will be given away!  Birthday Parties!, New Skates!, Fun Bucks and Game Tokens!]  This Family Rate is Great!  $52 for 4 Skaters! Only $13 for additional skaters.
