Jackson College Winter Film Series: The Big Lebowski. Jeff `The Dude’ Leboswki is mistaken for Jeffrey Lebowski, who is The Big Lebowski. Which explains why he’s roughed up and has his precious rug peed on. In search of recompense, The Dude tracks down his namesake, who offers him a job. His wife has been kidnapped and he needs a reliable bagman. Aided and hindered by his pals Walter Sobchak, a Vietnam vet, and Donny, master of stupidity. For over two decades Jackson College has offered their prestigious film class at The Michigan Theatre of Jackson. The year 2020 is no exception. Instructor, Dave DeBaker offers his insights into some monumental films every week. Doors open at 6:30 pm. The auditorium opens at 7:00 pm. Film begins at 7:15 pm., Runtime: 1 hour 59 minutes. Healthy Living Series. The series of classes will provide the education and tools you need to help maintain healthy goals. Intro to the program, tracking food and exercise, eating well, becoming more active, shopping and cooking, finding time for fitness, dining out sensibly, taking charge of your thoughts/stress management, food triggers and mindful eating Registration is required for this series.
