Shaka King’s 2021 biographical drama tells the story of Fred Hampton, the Black Panther leader and activist who united Chicago’s first “Rainbow Coalition,” a multicultural anti-racist movement. Featuring standout performances by Daniel Kaluuya, LaKeith Stanfield, and Jesse Plemons, this Oscar-winning film is a must-see.
