BlueRide Cycle Studio Grand Opening.  6 PM  Join us for the Grand Opening of BlueRide Cycle Studio, a rhythm based cycle studio for all fitness levels.  Specializing in themed rides and fun choreography.  Not your average spin class!  2630 Kibby Road, in the Kibby Cobb Plaza, Jackson.

Fresh Food Distribution. 1:30 PM.  Jackson First United Methodist Church.  Our church hosts a Fresh Food Distribution on the second Monday of each month, providing free, healthy groceries to neighbors in our community—no cost, no questions asked. This ministry is open to all. We are an equal opportunity provider, committed to serving with dignity, respect, and care for every person who comes through our doors. Whether you’re picking up food for your household or helping share this resource with someone who could benefit, you are welcome here.  Second Mondays; 1:30pm while supplies last.  275 West Michigan Avenue, Downtown Jackson.

“Old Henry” (2021)  7 PM.  Join us for a big-screen screening of Old Henry, a richly crafted modern western starring Tim Blake Nelson as a widowed farmer whose quiet life with his son is upended when they take in a wounded stranger and a satchel of cash. As a tense posse of men claiming to be lawmen encroaches on their homestead, Henry must decide whom to trust and ultimately reveal a surprising talent for survival in the unforgiving frontier. With gripping performances and a lean, atmospheric pace, Old Henry pays homage to classic western storytelling while exploring the weight of legacy and trust. Michigan Theatre, Downtown Jackson.
