Jackson College Film Series: “Amélie”.  7:15 PM.  “Amélie” is a fanciful comedy about a young woman who discretely orchestrates the lives of the people around her, creating a world exclusively of her own making. Shot in over 80 Parisian locations, acclaimed director Jean-Pierre Jeunet (“Delicatessen”; “The City of Lost Children”) invokes his incomparable visionary.  Doors open at 7:00 P.M.  Film at 7:15 P.M.  Admission 5 Dollars. Michigan Theatre, Downtown Jackson.

Yoga Storytime.  Join us at the Parma Branch for an interactive story time every Monday at 11 AM where we build healthy minds and bodies through books, music, rhymes, and yoga! Intended for ages 2-4.  Jackson District Library, Parma Branch.

Lions Membership Dinner.  6:30 PM.  Join the Grass Lake Lions Club for Dinner.  The Grass Lake Lions Club is a local service organization. We have been established for over 60 years in the community of Grass Lake. Hello Fall Fused Glass Workshop.  5:45 PM.  Welcome to our fall fused glass workshop. Where you get to choose to do a Candle Shield, Spoon Rest, or Trey. Our Instructor will help guide you in your fall design and will have examples of what to do for a Fall design pattern. This Class will teach you the basics of fused class and will let you dig into your creativity side a little.
